Ingredients
- 200g self-raising flour
- 100g milk
- 2 eggs
- 50g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl to form the batter.
- Heat a frying pan to a medium heat and add a little oil.
- Spoon a serving spoon size dollop into the pan. You can adjust the shape of the pancake as it begins to cook. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown.
