Scotch pancakes pile

Ingredients

  • 200g self-raising flour
  • 100g milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl to form the batter.
  2. Heat a frying pan to a medium heat and add a little oil.
  3. Spoon a serving spoon size dollop into the pan. You can adjust the shape of the pancake as it begins to cook. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown.
